- A £5 supplement per person is applied for a stay of one night.
- For single occupancy of a double or twin room we will charge you the room rate less £10.
- May and August Bank Holiday Weekends - Minimum stay 3 nights.
- Dartmouth Regatta Week - Minimum stay 3 nights.
- A deposit equivalent to your first nights stay is required when making a booking. Deposits can be made by credit or debit card over the phone or by sending us a cheque. If you use your credit card to pay your deposit or balance then a 3% supplement will be added to cover card charges. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your stay with us within 1 week of your arrival this will result in us charging you 50% of the total cost of your stay. I.e. if you have booked to stay a week in June the B&B rate is £220 p.p.p.w. The cost to you in the event of a cancellation would be £110 per person. We urge you to consider taking out holiday insurance if this is of concern to you.
- If possible please settle your bill by either cash (sterling or euros), cheque or by debit card. If you wish to settle with a credit card a 3% surcharge to cover our Streamline costs will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. (This does not apply to your deposit if you use your credit card).
- Pets Welcome. For stays of 1 - 6 nights dogs are charged at £6.00 per night and for stays of 7 nights or more dogs are charged at £5.00 per night. (for full details of our pets welcome policy please refer to our Pets Welcome page on this website).
When booking we do ask you for an approx time of arrival so that we can meet and greet you. Please note however that check in times are now before 1pm and after 5pm.
In order to minimise disruption to other guests WE DO NOT accept check-ins after 10.00pm

Mariners Cottage, our River Dart holiday cottage situated in Stoke Gabriel South Devon is just 30 yds from a slipway and the River Dart. The cottage sleeps 4 and is just 6 miles from Raddicombe Lodge.
Harbour Breeze, situated just 2.5 miles from Raddicombe Lodge is in the heart of Brixham. The house sleeps 6 in 3 double sized rooms and has fantastic views over the harbour and coastline beyond.
