- A deposit equivalent to your first nights stay is required when making a booking. Deposits can be made by credit or debit card over the phone or by sending us a cheque. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your stay with us within 1 week of your arrival this will result in us charging you 50% of the total cost of your stay. I.e. if you have booked to stay a week in June the B&B rate is £190 p.p.p.w. The cost to you in the event of a cancellation would be £95. We urge you to consider taking out holiday insurance if this is of concern.
- If possible please settle your bill by either cash or cheque (supported by a valid bank card). If you wish to pay by either credit card or debit card a 3% surcharge to cover a Streamline/Bank charges will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. (This does not apply to your deposit if made by credit or debit card)
- A 4 course evening meal may be available 2 evenings per week out of season. Normally Monday and Thursday - Cost £18 per head.
- Pet friendly. For stays of 1 - 6 nights dogs are charged at £6.00 per night and for stays of 7 nights or more dogs are charged at £5.00 per night.
When booking we do ask you for an approx time of arrival so that we can meet and greet you. Please note however that in order to minimise disruption to other guests WE DO NOT accept check-ins after 10.00pm

Harbour Breeze, situated just 2.5 miles from Raddicombe Lodge is in the heart of Brixham. The house sleeps 6 in 3 double sized rooms and has fantastic views over the harbour and coastline beyond.
